Submitting a service request through this website is not a booking, contract, or commitment to hire John's Plumbing, and does not obligate John's Plumbing to accept any job. Pricing discussed after a service request is an estimate until confirmed directly between you and John's Plumbing.

No Online Payment

This website does not process payments. All payment terms are arranged directly between you and John's Plumbing outside of this site.

Licensing

Arizona law generally requires a Registrar of Contractors (ROC) license for plumbing contractor work. This website makes no claim about John's Plumbing's licensing, bonding, or insurance status — ask directly when you request service.

Emergencies

This website is not monitored in real time. For an active plumbing emergency, call directly rather than submitting a service request and waiting for a response.

Limitation of Liability

This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. John's Plumbing is not liable for any damages arising from use of this website.
